What's the free transport ticket from GVA?+
Geneva Airport gives every traveller staying at a Geneva hotel a free 80-minute public-transport ticket — covers TPG buses, trams, mouettes (boats), and SBB trains in Zone 10 (Geneva canton). Pick up at the orange machine in baggage hall (before customs). Valid for 80 minutes from collection. The SBB train to Cornavin (7 min, normally CHF 3) is therefore free for hotel guests.
GVA to Chamonix transfer?+
Chamonix is 90 km south of GVA across the French border / 75-90 min. Pre-booked shuttle CHF 250-400 (shared) or (private). Companies running daily shuttles: Mountain Drop-offs, AlpyBus, Cham Express. GVA to Verbier transfer?+
Verbier is 150 km east via A1 + A9 motorways / ~2 hours. A pre-booked transfer is priced for the whole car and fixed when you book. Alternative: SBB train to Le Châble (CHF 50-70, 2.5 hours) + cable car or bus to Verbier village. For ski groups: transfer wins on time + door-to-door luggage.
