RER B from CDG — is it worth it?+
RER B is €11.45 from CDG to Gare du Nord (35 min) or Châtelet-Les Halles (40 min). For solo travellers with light luggage, going to a hotel near these stations: yes. For groups, families, or anyone with multiple suitcases: pre-booked transfer is competitive once you split it. RER B during peak is also CROWDED with airport workers + commuters.
CDG to Disneyland Paris transfer?+
CDG and Disneyland Paris are both north-east of central Paris — only 30 km apart. Direct transfer €75-110, 30-55 min depending on traffic. Magical Shuttle (the official Disneyland coach) is €23/adult round trip but indirect and slower (60 min one way). For families: pre-booked transfer wins on convenience.
Beauvais (BVA) to central Paris?+
Beauvais is 85 km north of Paris — too far for sensible Uber pricing (€140-180). Options: Beauvais Bus (€16, 75 min to Porte Maillot, the official shuttle, booked online), pre-booked transfer (80-110 min). For solo budget travellers: bus. For groups or speed: transfer.
