- Terminal B, Level 1, Ground Transportation (bus slots B91–B97), and Terminal C, Level 1. Terminal A passengers use Terminal B.

- 24 hours a day, every day
- Serves more than 40 resorts in the Walt Disney World area: every Walt Disney World Resort hotel, Disney Springs resorts, the Dolphin, Swan and Swan Reserve, Shades of Green, Gaylord Palms and Orlando World Center Marriott.
- Drivers load and unload luggage; strollers fit.
- Express (direct) service is round trip only, from $250 for up to four people and $55 for each extra person.
