The story
Yuki covers a four-day route through the Alentejo's design-forward, small-plot vineyard hotels. She stays at three properties — a converted 17th-century monastery outside Évora, a modernist estate above the Reguengos plain, and a family estate near Estremoz where the owner poured 2018 Alicante Bouschet at 22:00 in her library.
