Kawasan Falls canyoneering

Cliff-jumping + swimming down waterfall canyon from Kanlaob to Kawasan Falls. Half-day tour ~$30.

Oslob whale shark watching

Nearly-guaranteed sightings — ethics debated (fed to attract them). Depart 05:00 from Cebu.

Moalboal sardine run

Massive sardine schools in shallow water. Free from Panagsama Beach.

Bantayan Island

Powder-white beaches — 4h north by bus + ferry. Less touristy than Boracay.

Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB) has direct flights from most Asian hubs, plus Los Angeles. From airport: Grab (~$8) or yellow taxi (~$13).

Grab widely available + cheap. Yellow airport taxis metered. Jeepneys for local budget travel. Bus + ferry for outer islands.
