Lisbon
Tram 28, fado nights + pastéis de nata — Europe's coolest capital
Lisbon is Europe's westernmost capital + one of its most atmospheric — the golden Tagus riverfront, tiled facades, vintage yellow Tram 28 rattling through Alfama, fado singers at dinner, pastéis de nata at Belém, and the tightest cocktail bars in Bairro Alto.
