If the required Card is not presented or items are ordered outside of the set menu, the order will be treated as a regular purchase and the Cardholder will be responsible for the full payment, including applicable GST and service charge
  • Any additional charges are indicated on the set menu and are exclusive of 9% GST and 10% service charge
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult
