MFM is 5km from the Cotai Strip and 9km from the Old Town. The cheapest move is the free casino shuttle (frequent, comfortable, no booking). For 3-hour layovers: Cotai Strip walk + Wynn fountain show. For 6+ hours: Senado Square + St Paul's Ruins + egg tart. The ferry to Hong Kong is also 70 min if you want a double-territory layover.
