Israel Railways runs from the terminal to Tel Aviv for ILS 13.50 (Tel Aviv tourism site), but there are no trains from Friday morning to Saturday evening; use a metered taxi from Level 2 or Kavim bus 445 then. For 6+ hour layovers, check the train times on rail.co.il before you leave the airport.
