BLR to Electronic City is 50-60 km. Options: (1) BMTC BIAS-4 direct bus ₹300, 90-120 min. (2) Uber/Ola ₹1,000-1,500, 90-150 min (peak: worse). (3) Uber Rentals (hourly package) if multiple stops. Electronic City is major IT hub — Infosys, Wipro, TCS all here. Book Uber before immigration to reduce airport wait.
Bangalore airport traffic — how bad?+
Traffic on Bellary Road (main airport route) can be brutal — Hebbal Junction routinely 20-40 min at peak (07:00-10:30 + 17:00-20:30). Plan flight departure 3-4 hours before if going airport-outbound during rush hour. Bus lane on Bellary Road helps but Vayu Vajra still gets caught in mixed traffic. Uber generally worse — cabs stuck in same traffic + no bus lane use.
