Terminal 1 (T1): Exit through the baggage claim doors into the main arrivals hall. Locate the “Go Natural” coffee shop and go behind it. Follow the signs for Parking (P) G / Shuttle (straight from the back of the coffee shop). Walk down the corridor for approximately 100 meters. Along the way, you will see a tobacco shop on your right, which can be used as a reference point. Continue to the end of the corridor and go down to the lower level using the stairs or elevator. Exit the building and turn left. You will find the minibus / shuttle area here.

Terminal 2 (T2 – 2A, 2B, 2C): Exit the terminal building and stay at street level. If arriving at T2A or T2B, walk to the right. If arriving at T2C, walk to the left. Do not cross the road. Pass the taxi rank and continue following the signs for the minibus / shuttle (Rent a Car area). Continue straight until you reach the shuttle pick-up area, marked with a shelter or sign."

T1-arrivals hall / T2B-arrivals hall. T1: exit the arrivals hall and continue straight ahead towards the end of the hall, before reaching exit doors take a left and you´ll find Record go counter. T2: exit the luggage collection area and enter the arrivals hall, you will find Record go counter just in front.

Terminal 1:

After leaving the baggage claim area, you will

see Go Natural cafe

Walk around the cafe and continue straight

following the signs for "La Plaça".

Turn to the left and follow signs for car rental

pickup and continue until you see the OK

Mobility Store.

To pick up your vehicle, take the lift or stairs to

your right and head to the lower floor (Floor 1).

In the car park you will find the vehicle in the

space indicated in the Store.

Our vehicles are delivered at our office adjacent to the airport located at Carrer del Segrià 2, 08820 El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona. Upon arrival, to get to the courtesy shuttle service that will take you to our office, follow these instructions:

Terminal 1: From the baggage collection point, head to the main hall and follow signs to "Parking G" to exit the building. Go to the lower floor, then walk to your left, where you will find the bus area, where our free shuttle service will take you to our facilities.

• Terminal 2: After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal and follow signs towards Terminal C and continue straight to reach the shuttle parking area. Here you will find our free shuttle service that will take you to our facilities.

Terminal 1:

Once you are in the arrivals hall, look for the “Long Stay Parking” exit, go

out through there, and walk straight ahead.

Go through the first door and continue straight, then pass through the revolving door as well.

After that, keep going straight.

Walk along the walkway and go down the stairs you’ll find on your left.

When you go down, turn left—there you’ll find the shuttle bus waiting to take you to our offices.

Terminal 2:

When you are in the arrivals hall, go straight following the “Exit” signs

until you reach the main exit, which you will find on the left.

When you exit, turn right and walk straight along the same sidewalk.

Cross the zebra crossingand continue straight. The shuttle bus will be waiting for you there.

Customers arriving through TERMINAL 1: When you arrive in terminal 1, go straight ahead towards La Plaza, and continue towards Parking G passing the tobacco shop, and at the end take the stairs. At this point white courtesy bus with the Drivalia logo will be waiting for you. If the bus isn't there at the time, don't worry, another bus will be back shortly.

Customers arriving through TERMINAL 2A and 2B: Exit the terminal and without crossing the street walk to your right, towards Terminal C. Just below the letter C, white courtesy bus with the Drivalia logo will be waiting for you. If the bus isn't there at the time, don't worry, another bus will be back soon.

Customers arriving through TERMINAL 2C: Exit the terminal and walk to your left. Just below the letter C, white courtesy bus with the Drivalia logo will be waiting for you. If the bus isn't there at the time, don't worry, another bus will be back soon.
