Please note that Frankfurt Airport has three separate terminals. Distance from terminal 1 to terminal 2 is approximately 15 minutes.

When placing a reservation, be sure to provide your flight number.

T1: The Hertz station is located in the Car Rental Center; in Hall A, in the area of the Airport City Mall (Level 0) - one level above the regional train station. Airlines arriving: Star Alliance and Lufhansa.

T2: The Car Rental Centre with the Hertz station is located in the arrival area (level 2) in Hall D. Airlines arriving: all other exept Star Alliance and Lufhansa.

If no flight number is informed on your booking, the vehicle will be rented in Terminal 1

Customers arriving at Terminal 2 will collect their rental vehicle at Terminal 3.

Via Shuttle Bus:

The free yellow shuttle buses are a convenient way to travel between terminals. The stops are located in front of Terminals 1 and 2 and at the P36 bus parking lot for long-distance buses.

Departure: every 5-10 minutes

Via SkyLine-Bahn

If you are transferring between areas A, B, C, or Z (Terminal 1) and areas D or E (Terminal 2), follow the signs to the free SkyLine train

Departures: every 2-3 minutes

Follow the signs to "Arrivals B".

Proceed to Exit 5/6.

Wait at the "Hotel Shuttle / Hotel Buses" area.

The Flex To Go shuttle will take you to the Kelsterbach office in approximately 7 minutes.

Terminal 3

Take the free SkyLine to Terminal 1.

Follow the signs to "Arrivals B" and proceed to Exit 5/6.

Wait at the "Hotel Shuttle / Hotel Buses" area.

The Flex To Go shuttle will take you to the Kelsterbach office in approximately 7 minutes.

In case of arrival at T1 please use the Skytrain shuttle to reach Terminal 3 for your car collection and drop off.
