The Railink Kualanamu Airport Train (officially Kereta Bandara Soekarno-Hatta) is the best way to reach Jakarta's CBD from the airport. It avoids the notorious Jakarta toll-road traffic and is faster and cheaper than a taxi during peak hours.

Finding the Train at the Airport
- Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 have ground-level skytrain connections to the Airport Train Station.
- Terminal 3 (main international terminal) has a direct elevated walkway to the Railink station — no transfer needed.
- Follow signs for "Kereta Bandara" or "Airport Train" from Arrivals.
- If arriving at T1 or T2, take the free airport shuttle bus to T3 first, or use the inter-terminal skytrain.
