Getting to the Venue — by public transit
Most Asia venues are metro-accessible. Manila is the exception (MOA Arena is taxi/Grab from the LRT terminus).
JR Chuo–Sobu Line to Suidobashi station — 3-minute walk. Toei Mita Line to Suidobashi (different exit). From Narita: Narita Express to Tokyo Station then JR Chuo Line one stop. From Haneda: Keikyu Line to Shinagawa then JR.
Tip: Suica or Pasmo IC cards work on every Tokyo line. Trains run until just past midnight — most concert-goers catch the last train home.
MRT Circle Line to Stadium station (CC6) — the stadium is 2 minutes from the exit. From Changi: East West Line to Paya Lebar then Circle Line to Stadium (~30 min total, SGD 2.10).
Tip: Singapore MRT runs late on event nights. EZ-Link or contactless Visa/MasterCard both tap. Walk back across to Kallang Riverside for late-night food.
Subway Line 1 to Guil station — exit 1 or 2, 5-minute walk. From Incheon Airport: AREX to Seoul Station (~45 min) then Line 1 westbound. Total 75–90 minutes.
Tip: T-money card works on every transit line. Gocheok area has fewer late-night taxis than central Seoul — plan transit, not taxi, for the return.
MRT Pink Line direct to Impact Muang Thong Thani station (opened 2025). From central Bangkok: BTS Sukhumvit Line to Mo Chit, change to MRT Pink Line. Taxi from central is THB 250–400 (40–60 min in event traffic).
Tip: Grab is cheaper and more reliable than street taxis post-show. Surge spikes 2× immediately after the show — wait 20 minutes for surge to drop.
LRT-1 to EDSA station, then taxi or Grab to MOA Arena (10 min). PUVs and Grab serve the venue directly. From NAIA airport: Grab is easiest (20–35 min depending on traffic).
Tip: MOA Arena is in Pasay — stay in Pasay or BGC for easiest post-show return. Filipinos sing every word — bring earplugs if you're sensitive.

What to expect from the show
The Weeknd's stadium production is widely considered the most cinematic in current touring music. Floating orb stage, drone formations, fire effects, and a darker visual palette than most pop tours. Expect 22–26 songs across a 100-minute set — Starboy, Blinding Lights, Save Your Tears, Earned It, The Hills, plus After Hours and Hurry Up Tomorrow album material.
Combining the concert with a longer Asia trip
From Tokyo: shinkansen to Osaka and Kyoto. From Singapore: 2-hour flights to Bali, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok. From Seoul: KTX to Busan or domestic flights to Jeju. From Bangkok: short hops to Chiang Mai, Koh Samui or Vietnam. Book the concert ticket first, surrounding flights 6–8 weeks before for best prices.
Hotel strategy — book the night of and after
Tokyo Dome Hotel is attached to the venue. Singapore: Andaz, Park Hotel Farrer Park, or Marina Bay walkable. Seoul: Hongdae for post-show energy, Mapo for proximity. Bangkok: Sukhumvit for ease, Chaengwattana to stay close to Impact. Manila: Pasay for proximity, BGC for safety + nightlife.
Visa, currency and SIM cards
Most Asia concert cities are visa-free for major Western passports (UK, US, EU, AU). Singapore, Japan, South Korea visa-free 30–90 days. Thailand: 60-day visa-exempt. Philippines: 30-day visa-exempt. Buy an eSIM (Airalo, Saily) for data in every city — cheaper than airport SIM cards and active the moment you land.
XO fan community + setlist intel
Asia stops draw fans from neighbouring countries — expect to meet Korean fans at the Singapore show and Japanese fans at Seoul. Arrive 90+ minutes early. Setlists post to setlist.fm within hours of the first Asia show. Bookmark if you want to spoiler the running order. The Weeknd's setlist rarely changes more than 1–2 songs between Asia dates.
