  • A set menu represents a single lounge visit within the Cardholder’s existing lounge visit allocation for which the Cardholder will, where applicable, be charged. E.g. if a Cardholder registers 1 Guest they also will be able to take advantage of 1 set menu designated by the restaurant within a 24hr period and will be charged as 1 Cardholder visit + 1 Guest visit on their account. Only 1 card per visit per Cardholder will be accepted at point of registration
  • To be eligible Cardholders must present a valid Card and Boarding Pass for travel within 24 hours before placing an order. If the required Card is not presented or items are ordered outside of the set menu, the order will be treated as a regular purchase and the Cardholder will be responsible for the full payment, including applicable GST and service charge
  • Any additional charges are indicated on the set menu and are exclusive of 9% GST and 10% service charge
  • Set menu is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, substitute/refund, or used towards tips
