ARN is 40km from central Stockholm — Arlanda Express train (18 min, SEK 320) is the fastest but pricey. Flygbussarna coach (45 min, SEK 119) is excellent value. For 6+ hour layovers in summer: archipelago boat tour from Strandvägen + Gamla Stan walk is feasible.
