After landing at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, follow the 'Arrivals' signs through immigration and collect your luggage from the baggage carousels. This typically takes 20–40 minutes.

Head towards Exit 5 (Terminal 1) or Exit 4 (Terminal 2) and take the escalators or lifts down to Level 1. The Ground Transportation Center is directly outside — you'll see a large covered bus bay.
